Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary between products depending on a number of factors such as product demand, weather, time of year etc. However we do give you a guarantee. Since we deal direct with a number of manufacturers and quite often have products made to fill our orders, we usually estimate our shipping times to be between 21 and 35 days. All products on are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days to Australia and the US. If you buy any product through this site, you are eligible for a refund if you don’t receive your order on time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described, you can contact the us to resolve these problems (according to our set of returns guarantees). You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree to a partial refund with us.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the we can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.

Refunds do not apply if:?

  1. You did not receive your items and forgot to apply for a refund on time (=on-time delivery date + 7 days).
  2. You did not check with your local authority to make sure the item is allowed in your country. takes no responsibility for items that do not get past Customs.

Conditions for Returning of Purchases

If you make an agreement with us to return your item, it must be in unused and in the original packaging. Please also check our Shipping Terms. Please note that you, the buyer always pay the return shipping fee with no exceptions. Please make sure you first agree with us on the shipping method as some shipping methods are not acceptable. Only after we receive the returned item and it has been inspected can we offer a refund.

Meaning of ‘unused and in the original packaging’

1. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by the seller and can therefore not be returned.
2. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
3. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
4. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be taken back by the seller.
5. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged can also not be returned.
